I live in a very poorly insulated apartment in Buffalo, NY. I purchased a vornado heater due to the draft in my bedroom. After using the vornado I was amazed at how even the heat is distributed compared to electric quartz heaters and such. The room felt like it was heated by various points around the room. The automatic shutoff is nice to have so the room doesn't get too warm at night. My gas bills are much lower and my feet are much toastier!!!
